The steering cable and fuel lines should interchange. As for the throttle and shift cables, I am not sure. Mercs push the throttle closed while Johnnyrudes pull the throttle open. Both of those pull the shift cable for forward and push for reverse, but have different throws. I have not worked on Suzuki's.
The electronics will likely have wires that perform the same function on both motors, however, the harness connectors are very likely not to be compatible.
Not sure what Zuki has. If you can find the model number of your control, and it is not a Mercury/force, it may be universal and can be set to match your engine. The control on my Johnny looks to fit Mercs as well, again I am not sure about Zuki.
You might price out a new control, harness and cables for the Zuki. It may be easier and cheaper than adapting (esp. the electronics) your old ones.
