Conversion '95 Mercury 25hp short shaft from propeller to jet foot

Can anyone tell me what all I will need to convert my mercury 25 to a jet foot. Or put me in the right direction to finding out. Thanks

If it's a rebadged 25 HP Tohatsu version could buy a lower leg and related parts needed for that conversion from them.

Contact Tohatsu USA and check if available including price. Post interior powerhead pics to know if it's a Tohatsu version or other rebadged OB brand.
