Convert a 2000 9.9 to remote throttle?

I have a '00 Johnson 9.9 tiller that I want to convert to a remote throttle. My boat has steering linkage and throttle cable already. I wouldn't mind manually starting and shifting the motor, so all I would need is something to connect the throttle cable to the existing throttle setup inside the cowling. There's even a little knock-out which looks like it exists for this conversion (or if the motor had been set up this way in the first place). Anyone know of a kit the would do this? I can't imagine it would cost much, I almost feel like I could make it myself. Thanks!
