Convert to steering tube on 15hp

Is it possible to convert my 2002 Yamaha 15hp 4 stroke kicker to accept hydraulic steering? Can the existing tilt tube be fitted with a front mount hydraulic cylinder? Don't care about the throttle or shifting. Just want to be able to steer the OB with the inboard tiller via the hydraulics.
