Converting '93 Evinrude from controls to tiller

Hello, newbie to the forum here. I have a 30 hp e30eleta with controls that I'd like to switch over to a tiller but I can't seem to find any parts or information. Does anyone know if this is a possibility and if so where I can find the info and/or parts?

Just about any tiller from a Johnson or Evinrude will fit it, the only issue might be the throttle cable. I couldn't find tiller parts for my 90HP Evinrude anywhere, but I was able to get one off a 25 or 30, it bolted right on and just needed a minor modification for the throttle cable to fit.
