Converting a Tiller steer boat to Console?????

I Bought my grandparents 1999 Skeeter Deep V16 . . . . Its in great shape, 25hp merc is in real good shape runs perfect. My only complaint is that it is a tiller steering boat and i just do not like it. I was thinking about selling it and upgrading but my grandparent's aren't in great shape and this was there prize possession since they bought it new. Is it totally Retarded to convert it to a console type boat or would it be feasible?
Does anyone have a parts list of everything that i would need to get the job done?

Does the boat have a console? If not stick steering may be the way to go. Search EZ steer. Anyhow it can be done.
