Converting from points to 12v coil

I am giving up on my magneto ignition system. I think the coils have failed and the engine is too old to find parts 70's 35hp Chrysler. I saw this article on how someone did this conversion on his tractor. http://www.simpletractors.com/do_it/magneto_to_coil.htm <br /><br />If I do this on my 2cylinder can I run 1 coil for both spark plugs? Can I run 2 plug wires from the coil? Or am I going to need 2 seperate coils? Also if anyone has any links to some wiring diagrams of how to do this it would be appreciated. I am pretty sure I understand of how to do this but a diagram wouldn't hurt.

You might have a weak magnet in the flywheel. I ran into such a 35 several years ago now. If the laminations are rusty, that's the problem.
