converting tiller to aft helm

What's the best and least expensive way to convert my 15 horse Honda tiller to a helm steer? I have no power tilt yet.

You'll have to buy the controls and steering,...No idea how much that would be.

It depends on the exact model, and can be very costly if buying new, sometimes you can find parts on eBay, but not always, it will be harder finding used Honda parts. Frequently easier and cheaper to sell what you have and buy what you need.
