Converting to EFI

Anyone with a newer boat running fuel injection able to tell me about o2 sensors? I am thinking of converting to EFI and would like to exchange info.
BTW its a 1974 OMC Ford 302

No O2 sensors in a boat EFI.

Just make sure it's a Marine certified sytem. Don't go trying to put an automotive sytem on a boat engine. Not only is it dangerous, it just isn't set up to operate in the same power band as a marine engine. So it's useless.
