I bought some of them crab legs, there almost 2' long and are pre-cooked whats the best way of heating them up,and is just melting butter good enough to go with them or do i need to add some garlic and other spices??
I'm having some steak too just for in case, been marinating the steaks in jim beam and pepper for 3hrs there already falling apart i just need to some ideas on these crab legs.
I think they would be best heated in a steamer. Possiably a quick dunk in some boiling water with some type of seasoning added to the water. What seasoning??? Ell if I know.....I dont do crab legs.
Just bring 'em over to my place. Then ya' don't have to worry about it .

Actually, I usually just put them in a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes.
Yup, bring a big pot of water to a boil and drop the legs in and cover for a couple of minutes. Not enough time = cold meat inside and too much time = soft shells that are hard to crack.
I can be in Tenn in about 10 hours. Save me a steak, medium rare, and please dont waste all the j.beam on the steak. Please post GPS info and full coordinates to your place. Will bring a loaf of bread just so I dont appear to be free-loading. cuz that just aint my style!
Crab is always cooked originally in salt water. I would suspect adding salt to the water you are reheating them would make sense.

Garlic butter is a must when you serve it.
