Coolant outlet

On 9.9 wondering how hot outlet stream should be? And how hard a stream it should be. I'm getting an intermittent stream and about 100 degrees. Checked outlet with a wire. Any suggestions, thanks.

Most OB thermostats open at about 140*F. Telltale should not be warmer than that.

Thanks for reply. So I should see no flow until therm opens? And how strong a stream should I see?
