Cooling Capacity

I have a 1984 260 Mercrusier with closed cooling system. I am not at the boat so I can not give engine serial number if needed to answer this question. Over the weekend I blew out a plastic thumb screw plug on the bottom of an elbow on one of the exhaust manifolds loosing all my coolant. Does anyone know what is the cooling system capacity for a closed cooling system?? And should the anti freeze solution be 50/50 or something else....Thanks.

use 50/50 mix regular A/F, 2 to 2 1/2 gal in the motor, 3/4 per manifold, guessing 4 -4 1/2 gals plus the heat exchanger capacity.
