I cant get water to the motor.

I installed a new waterpump, housing, base plate and ss impeller housing, impeller is installed properly, I removed to double check it to day.

I ran the motor til it got to hot for me... So I decide top pulled the side plate and see if the was blockage, after breaking 1 bolt i found it was clean, so i decided to remove the water jacket on the head and its bone dry on both sides of the t stat. the copper tupe is properly inserted and I can blow air throgh the tell tale line. need some help please.

with the tstat out, just start the motor for a minute, if no water either the impeller key slipped the grommet got pinched, or the water tube is blocked. try flushing with a water hose.

Now what lol

I pulled the lowere unit , and remover the water jacket at the back so I could pull the stat and flush,

I still cant get water to the motor will Iam using plenty of h2o and psi.

I guess the next step is to pull the power head and check the rubber garment the holds the copper line and see if its holding the blockage ?

Can this be done with out removing the power head?

Should I try flushing the motor bacwards. toward the water pump?

Thanks for the help

I found the problem,

After fluhing the motor from the power had down wirth no water flow I decided to remove the power head and found the mess

the bolts on the muffler were lose and 2 were mising, this would let water pump up to the motor and then just dump it out the bottom,

should be up and running next week..
