my inline 4 volvo still has antifreeze in the tank in front of engine and not circulating water with muffs on, im new to i/o please excuse me, clearly its winterized and i need to know how to allow circulation again????

first check for any cut off valves that might be closed. then look at the two water pumps, one in outdrive, one on engine, some folks remove /loosen hoses & open drain cocks when winterizing and do not reconnect /close them before spring start up.

waterhose on inlet side it pumps water, but wont when hooked to outdrive with muffs, maYBE NNOT ENOUGH PRESSURE?
