Correct Carbs on 1990 Johnson 70?

The sequence E 0431983 is stamped in the top of the carb body of all three carbs on my 1990 Johnson 70hp, can anything be derived from this number to tell me if these are the correct carbs? The reason I ask is they have a much larger high speed jet than what is spec'd. I'm wondering if they were improperly replaced? There are also little aluminum tags on the front starboard corner screw of the float chamber of all three that have a top line number of 432909 and 23 e 0 on a bottom line.
