I was at the local Ski Nautique Dealer on Saturday. I noticed that right beside the filler cap was a sticker/decal stating NOT to use any gasoline that has ANY type of alcohol in it.

You really can't avoid it. The biggest concern is long term storage. Ethanol tends to attract moisture, the fuel itself will not harm the components, its the moisture that does the damage. Again, not much you can do to avoid it at this point.

Start by leaning on the politicans. Tell you don't want that crap in your gas, it doesn't reduce pollution or save energy, especially once the cost of growing and havesting the corn is taken into account.

Most states require an additive and the previous one before ethanol was very poisonous. Since ethanol will pick up mosture (beats being poisoned), they of the corporate world will install a 10 cent sticker on the boat knowing full well that ethanol is here to stay. There-by releasing themselves of any liabilities and cost/work.

May have to do with the fuel tank material. The engines from Merc and Volvo can deal with the E10.

We've had some form of alcohol present in fuel for several years.Ethanol is newer. Can't get away from it.

Has Correct Craft canceled all Dealer Contracts in Mass.? Or their customers going to tank up in
NH. ?
