Correct prop

I have a 97 crestliner 19.5 ft sportfish with a 4.3 GL vortec volvo penta with an sx drive.I can get max of 4100 rpms and its really hard to get on plane. Just got the boat , I dont know what HP is. It currantly has a 3 blade aluminum that is 15x17. Does anyone know what rpms I should hit and what kind of prop size it should have.:$

I would expect that to be a fine prop for the task. Are you running the trim all the way down bfore you hit the throttle? Then trimming out once on plane? I believe the 4.3 is a 4800rpm motor.
