I just picked up a 1970 60HP Evinrude on Ebay, Model 60073.It has NGK B7HS plugs in it.Are these correct for this engine or should I be using a Champion plug?<br />Thanks
Manufacturer recommended sparkplug is Champion L76V surface gap or QL77JC4 gapped at .030".If you plan on doing mostly slow speed cruising or trolling I would use the QL77JC4.
