I'm bringing a 1960 Evinrude 75 back from storage. Will do all the usual things but there is some corrosion and flakey paint on the power head. Any opinions on whether this would cause structural damage? Will this thing blow apart? Thanks, Steve
some flaking paint wll not hurt anything. There is a great thread in faq about waking a sleeping outboard it will tell you how to go about getting it ready to run
