Cost of an '88 Force 15hp?

Hi, I have a friend whose dad has a 1988 15hp Force outboard. He has rebuilt the motor and it was running fine. It has been sitting in dry storage for about 3 years, and has not been cranked since. How much would this motor be worth? How much should I offer? I can't seem to find anything online. Also, he said it might need a new prop.

200 Max if it runs. A new prop (even on this site will run you close to 100.00 bucks). Pins and hub will be another 40 or so. Plugs, fuel pump, carb rebuild, will be another 100. So your looking at 400 for something that your going to have to sink money into. I have one. I love it, runs well, and serves my needs well. 14 foot alum semi V. Use it for duck and fishing with the kids. I paid 275 for mine and it was in MINT condition. What kind of boat are you going to put it on and what are you looking to do with it?
