Could anyone guess as to the approx. year of this motor ?

Hi there,

I know someone who's trying to figure out roughly what year a motor is. I asked him for the serial number and told him that I could figure it out from that. But he doesn't have access to the S/N at the moment. If I just post a picture could someone here take a guess as to the ROUGH age of the motor? Thanks in advance for any input.
