Just to let you all know i solve the problem, the carbarator jets was sticking , something ,it has to do when it reach hi speed , and the front butterfly wasnt opening, one of my friend who is a pro on these engine(chevy ) Rebuild the carbarator i did see the thing that was stick its near the float . well cant explain nomore clearly , but my boat did manage to plane off for the first,althought now i am facing different problems that is shown in my recent post.(Oh my problem was Engine would back down everytime i attemp to plane off ,so in other words engine would behave like it wants to cut out at Hi rev underload )
