Cracked Hull???

I am very new to the boating world and I am looking at a 23? seacraft ( not sure of year yet). I went down to see the boat and noticed a few small cracks in the hull on the right side of the boat. They don?t appear to be holes or go all the way through the hull. How much do I need to worry about the cracks? How hard/ expensive would it be to repair? What necessary steps should I take to properly diagnose how bad the cracks are? Anything you got will help! Thank you in advance

Personally I would rather have to do lots of engine work then have to fix cracks below the water line, it'll still float if the alternator needs replacing.

you need to get at it from the inside, look for a hard point...actually you're not going to be able with a seacraft due to its deck liner construction with foam cores in the hull. ask the guys on the classicseacraft site, theyre experts with this boat.
seacraft is a great boat, they fetch good money around here...even the project ones.
