crankcase cracked on 175 fast strike

the crankcase on my 1994 175 fast strike is cracked how do i fix this can you get a used one and put it on or would that not work. ive considered welding it but im afraid it will warp it

Most likely #4 ,5 or 6 as they are the ones that fail most often and push out the crankcase front. As long as its not in a crankcase flange it can be welded. If it is #1 have it pressure tested before any repairs.
