Crestliner Phantom bulg pump problem

I have a 1993 Crestliner Phantom 196SST with a bulge pump that is blowing fusses. The wiring I can see looks good. My next step is to replace the bulge pump. Any suggestion on where in the HULL it is, what panel I need to remove to get to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I, as so many before me can't find any technical info on this boat. This query is also posted in the Waker Skiing Thread by mistake (I'm a first timer).

should be right next to the transom drain.

Thanks I'll check it out tonight. I'm asuming there is an access panel under the battery somewhere (I must have missed it). I'll let you know what I find.
