Hello, this is my first post regarding my first motor for my first boat so be gentle please.

Im working on a Johnson Seahorse 10 with a pressurized cruise a day tank. The fuel lines are brittle and broke off at the tank (I received it this way). I’ve been struggling to connect the line back to the tank. The upper connector seems to be in good shape, just the connection to the tank needs redone. I either need some tips to reconnect the old and brittle fuel line to the tank (the barbs just pulverize the line when I try to put it on) or tips on what type of new line to buy.

Can anyone help a new guy out?

I believe iboats probably has the dual hose for sale. OEM Part number 772566. Give them a call.

^^Best solution (replacement). You can also simply buy fuel lines of the appropriate inside diameter, and use those. I did that for a test tank years ago, and still use it. But then I've gotten more lazy as I've gotten older....

Glad to see you are using the pressure tank -- good system, imo,
