I asked this question on the Sea Ray forum but didn't get any response so I thought I'd widen my audience.

I have a cushion on my 2000 270 Sundancer that I need to remove since the seam is coming apart. My problem is I can not figure out how to remove the interior wall panel so I can get at the cushion bolts. I attached the 2 pictures so you can see the cushion and panel in question. The interior panel has no visible fasteners and I can't feel anything under the vinyl. I'm hoping there may be some secret fastener and the thing is not just glued on. I can just see me destroying the panel trying to remove it.

Once again - Help!!!

Re: Cushion Question

... hmm and your sure its bolted on? some of those types of seats are on a slider-catch. Have you tried lifting(sliding) the seat up with some force to see if its not held on that way? You may have to remove that cup holders array to get the clearence to pull up.

Just a thought.

Good-luck

Re: Cushion Question

I tried that and it didn't budge. The parts guy at Marine Max confirmed that it's bolted from the back but didn't have the trick to get at them.
