Have worked with aluminum for many years and have cut alot of it on the table saw. Thickest was 1/2" plate. One of the best lubricants I have found for working with aluminum is varsol or WD40. WD40 is better but more expensive than the varsol.
I use it when using a router, drilling, tapping, holesaw, countersink and even the jigsaw. You will never have aluminum bind up in the cutting tools again and you get a nice clean finished cut.
