i was reading some tec post on another board the other day and they was talking about the txp...they was talking about cutting the txp with an allison cut or bullet cut what does this mean?i asumed there cutting some of the blades...one guy said that a fellow named croxton had to remove some of the trailing edge and cup for some boats.can ya'll explain this cut thing for me?

Dale will be the only one that can explain that....
I don't understand it because the TXP has mostly over-all lift...to remove the trailing edge would drop efficiency....

They're talking about blueprinting a TXP for a specific boat and motor with a specific set up. TXP's are made for specific types of boats and then guys like Mark alter them for a certian boat / motor / use.

Thanks thats what i was figuring they were doing,so they are indeed cutting out some of the blade for a specific boat interesting.how they can do that.
