Hi All

I have a 1988 force 125hp that I am looking for cylinder drains. The cylinder drains that are on the boat no don't match any of the drains that can be found online thru mercury (see below link). The ones on the engine now don't have elbows that connect to hoses that help recirculate the fuel. These drains are self contained.

Welcome to iboats Scud.

Not sure what you need.

Did someone remove the hose and fitting?
Plug it off?
Or is it just spilling out into the cowl?

It has to be going somewhere, or it is not draining and it is not going to run right, especially at low speed.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Thanx for your quick reply

I thought it was odd not having a elbow. It's just a solid casting with 4 screws that mount it to the engine. It looks like part #10 in this picture but without the elbow and hose. I haven't taken it off to see for myself because I was worried about the gasket being junk. The problem is I am not the original owner and I don't know if this powerhead is the original powerhead.

Thanx Scot
