Czech made Dinghy 400?

It appears to be a PVC fabric boat. Manufacturers will state on their website if is Hypalon. If they don't mention what it is, this manufaturer's site does not, then it is almost certainly a PVC POS.

That was my impression also. It seems to be a loose fitting, non bonded fabric surrounding, or covering the tubes. They also produce a lot of products in PVC, so it would make sense.

The question is no longer important. The owner pulled it off the market, and decided not to sell.
