Sorry to hear about your loss. Theives make my blood boil.

Every homeowners policy I have had in Texas has off site storage coverage built in. My agents said it was standard on the policies...maybe I was being scammed.

Those were some strong little tractors. My neighbor has the first hydraulic one. Front end loader, small box blade, snowblower, and the stuff you listed. He gave $100 and a shotgun for it. I never find deals like that. Don't worry KK, he has had this for the last 25 years or so. Yours is newer BTW. I hope it can be recovered in as good as shape as when it was stolen.

Bum deal Kelton.I know the feeling all too well.My boat and trailer were stolen a few years ago from a storage barn.We were very fortunate and they were recovered.Insurance would have only payed if they were stolen from our property under homeowners.I wasn't so lucky on the Suzuki 550 MC that we lost to a thief some years back. You'll be scrutinizing any tractor that looks like the one you lost for a long time.Rotten feeling.I know from visiting several of your posts at how well you take care of your belongings.Hope the lowlife enjoys it.Not!!!

Well, I turned it in to my insurance company and after about 3 weeks I now have a new tractor. I picked it up on Friday and was able to cut the yard....this thing cut's awesome! Still haven't found my old tractor and I miss the trailer, but I'm glad they replaced my mower!

Great Man, who is your carrier. I think I want these guys. Did you have a deductable? We had a lot of equipment dissappear around here. At that time the home owner deductables were only 50 bucks. The insurance companies were making cash settlements until it was discovered that these items were resurfacing too close to home. Since then the lowest deductable they offer is Five Hundred Dooooolars. and they do replacements only. After the deductable has been paid!
