Stan, the party of appeasers, pedophiles and socialists has all but taken control of Congress. It is a sad day for sure. The backbone of America is in the process of being snapped.

I thought Foley was a Rep.

I guess you should be careful about throwing labels around as some in your party are exactly what you are calling someone else...

He was and he paid the price. However thanks to the 'tolerance' of the Democrats, Virginia is about to embrace one. Webb!

Not to worry. What they claim during a campaign and what they actually do are not the same thing.

Of course they will raise taxes. That is a given. People making over $100K will probably be paying 50% plus again.

They wont bug out on Iraq, reform Social Security or health care, adopt illegals as foster citizens, cure AIDS or offer a Constitutional amendment guaranteeing equal rights to women and homosexuals.

The "change" they demanded? Now it's our turn to bash.

As much as anything that they claimed during the campaign, it's the positions they've taken over the last 50 years that have me upset.

And to think that statistically one + out of every two of my neighbors buys into their schtick! That's the very saddest part!

Let us just see if we can handle this with the future of America in mind.

First you would need to define what ‘America’ is so we know what you are talking about. The America I know is gone, lost to the apathy of the people. I can’t say with confidence there is enough of my ‘America’ left to preserve. Not even sure I’m willing to fight over it if I have the option of walking away.

I'm semi mourning......The one Republican I really wanted to win didn't. Otherwise the vote went as I thought it would.

Both parties are lying, cheating, money mongers. There is little difference between the two parties in that regard.

Sad, Boomie, sad.

The question of the day was:
"Had Enough?"

You apparently have not

Many of us have had more than enough, however.

Stan, the party of the bullies and rude insulters has been rebuffed.
