De-carbing checklist

Been reading through the many de-carbing threads. See if this seems like a good game plan.
I have a 95 Bayliner Capri with a 120 Tracker/Force OB.

1. 1 can of seafoam in 1 gallon of pre-mixed gas.
2. Run for 10 minutes at around 3000rpms.
3. Turn off engine, remove plugs and spray some seafoam in the cylinders.
4. Replace with the old plugs and run some more.
5. Spray a bit directly into the carbs until it bogs down.
6. Get it on the lake and run wide-open.
7. Get new plugs.

A couple of questions that I have.

1. Should I warm the engine BEFORE the seafoam treatment, or just start with it cold ?
2. Can this be done at the house with some muffs ? I don't have access to a tank. Could one of those large industrial trash cans be used in lieu of a tank ?
3. Do you guys do this at the lake ? Not sure how the game warden will look at me if I'm tied up at the boat ramp smoking like a house on fire.

Cops don't appreciate you running anything into the lake.Follow instructions on the Seafoam.
Too much can be bad for the cylinders.It can dilute the oil.
Yea warm it up before spraying into the cylinders.
This is for a seriously carbond motor.I run it in the gas and then after it's hot I spray into the carbs remove the plugs and into the cylinders. Then I let it set for at least 24 hours.
Then re-start let it run till it gets hot and then do it again.
Then run it in the lake.J
