Does anyone remember the episode of Myth Busters a few years back? They took a perfectly good late model Corvette and put a Pig in it. Then they put the car in a shipping container for a month. They did get the death smell out. The problem was it cost them twice as much as the retail price of the car to do it. I think your boat is a write off, sorry to say.

I've had to use a local disaster (such as a serve pro) cleanup company to come clean a office where an animal got in between tenants and died. They do an excellent job and are easy to find/see reviews on.
