Hello,
140 hp Mercury Outboard 2 stroke
I've been reading up on this decarb stuff and how it's supposed to be good for the engine after every season...How do you use this Sea Foam or Quicksilver decarb stuff and where can I purchase it from???

Also I was told that the oil mixture for this motor was 50:1 (previous owner)
I seem to have a lot of unburnt fuel in the water and my plugs when removed are just filthy...

Any idea if I'm fouling plugs with to much oil???

I was surprised to see Seafoam in my local Walmart for $7.59/can.

Our local AutoZone had it for 6.99 last time I was there.

Adding that to the price of gas pretty much keeps me using it for occasional cleanup rather than regular maintenence.
