I followed the instructions from the sticky pretty closely. I mixed 3/4 can of seafoam with 1 gallon gas/oil. Ran it until it got up to temp (on muffs). Took the spark plugs out shot some seafoam in waited 15 min, then started it up and shot the rest of it through each carb. Ran the gallon completely out. I wasn't able to take it for a spin, or WOT. Does this matter? I will take it to the lake tomorrow.

You're ok, but it's gonna smoke really bad when you open it up on the lake.

Should I open it up for a while and then change the plugs?

You can check them and see what they look like, if you run it up to temp they should clean off.
