? is there such a thing as over carbonizing an outboard can it cause an outboard more harm than good. could a carbon cleaner like deep creep be sprayed or poured over the cyl and let sit overnight to further loosten & dissolve build up or does it definately only have to be used with the engine running. thanks !!!!!!
