I recently droped the deck plate cap for my holding tank overboard. It is the same size as the water fill cap but there are no identifying marks on it. Local marina was no help. Anyone know where I get a part number?
Did you try contacting Larson? A 2006 is new enough they can probably supply a replacement cap. Also browse through the deck plates sold by iboats to see if you can find a match. Otherwise, take a pic and post it. Chances are the deck plate is a common plate available from online suppliers. Maybe we can identify who makes it.
Usually deck plates have a stainless wire or chain attached to the cap so it can't be dropped overboard. If this design does not have one, might want to consider adding one.
