I find myself using deep sockets more and more--and doing more work on boats.

it also seems like the motors are now a wierd blend of metric and standard. Cars, too. So get both.

I've accumulated a lot of tools and more and more I find that the off-brands just don't work even though they all look alike and aren't that complicated.

Don't forget your wrenches, too.

And a magnet on a string for the ones you drop overboard.

Ok I went with the craftsman 260 pc . Pretty complete set -Lots of sockets and wrenches and good price on sale. Only thing need to pick up now is extension set from HF & universal joint set from somewhere else... and a magnet.
