I have a 21' SUNTRACKER with 24" Diameter Multi-Chambered Tubes w/ Wave Deflectors.
I experience quite a bit of splash coming from the front of the toons. What is there that can be installed to further deflect the waves???
I am running a MERC 60 HP BF. With four people and two large golden retrievers aboard at WOT 5400 RPM and GPS speed 17.6 MPH.:) :)
Solo WOT 5800 GPS speed 20.4 MPH. waves on lake are not quite at white cap. Spray is more on the PORT side.

You would probably have to weld on some new splash gaurds, but if it is from hitting waves don't know that there is anything you can do.

Without seeing where and how the water is hitting it is hard to say.

where is the load, bow or stern, you may improve moving people to the stern, getting the bow higher.

Re: deflecting waves

Ha, I noticed the same thing when I Got my toon. The kids thought it was neat getting wet ( especially on a hot day) I've seen people put sheets of plexyglass in front of the front seats to act like wind ( water?) shields.

I've also seen people place a slanted board over the front of the toon to deflect the water back down.

But hey, Isn't that half the fun ( see how wet you can get your party!) Thats my new activity, to see how wet I can get them!. :D

Re: deflecting waves

I took the pontoon out on the lake today.
Tried trimming the motor. Spray was all but gone. SO I guess that you have to "tune" the motor and boat for the optimum nose up and speed. This did not decrease the speed, still handled good.
THANKS for your replys.
