Im not sure but it takes what feels like awhile to get up to speed at wot. when we get there its good but is the delay normal? The transition into foreward gear feels good:confused:

You're a bit lacking in details for an informed answer. Type of boat, motor running condition,... but it sounds like you've got a real heavy load to haul. Check for water where it shouldn't be. ie:soaked foam

I have a 1990 Bayliner cuddy cabin, about 19 feet with a 120 Force. It takes forever to get on plane. Once its there we get around 32 to 36 mph.
