DELTA CLUBMAN SKI BOAT

Hi fellow boaters. Ive just purchased a 16 foot delta clubman ski boat as a winter project. Its fitted with a 3.5 litre V8, I just wondered if any of you guys had experience of the boats or know of any useful links. thanks steve

Steve,<br />I'm interested in buying a Delta too and wondered if you ever found any useful information about the boats. I did not know that they made them with the 3.5 V8, always thought the 3.0 V6 was the biggest.<br />Does your boat have forward & reverse transmission?

Hi, I ordered and bought a new Delta Clubman hull from Ray Wright at his work premises at the conning tower at Beccles old airfield in the mid 80s, he recommended the Rover V8 OR 5.7 Chevvy. i went for the latter with a 1to1 borg warner velvet drive and did it go. Most of the marinisation kit and gear box came from Lancing marine at Brighton ( Mike Bellamy) if you need any info, please let me know and I will try and help as much as possible.
