Ahhh, lets just enforce new laws. Good plan. Actually I think it is more important today than ever before. But lets not be niave. He went over there as a stunt, for attention, to what - god only knows, but he demonstrated to his wacko left wing voting block what a dynamic, (but idiotic) clown he is.
Anyone who works in business knows the importance of a unified message. Kerry the coward didn't have the stones to change the message in the good ol' USA, so he took his freak show on the road, and our foreign policy be damned. If he was a real man he would have gone as a private citizen, but we know that wasn't going to happen. Why didn't he go to France and whine? Well now that it is over what exactly did he accomplish? Other than screwin our foreign policy that is a power given to the president.
Now lets address that separation of powers issue I have heard about at length for the past several years.
