DF 140 Suzuki

here is my problem i'm getting motor oil out of exhaust when motor is running it is not mixing in the engine oil.i check block,head,gaskets.i changed oil cooler.adaptor housing under powerhead.check the oil pan looks in good condition.is there anything i overlooked

did you before changing parts, do a leak down test?
that might give you more information.

how do the plugs look like?

how does the motor run?

what temp is the motor getting?

are there any codes ?

plugs look good,motor runs fine dont miss a lick,no codes and good compression.

yea im sure it comes out the exhaust milky clumps and i lose oil

Did you use the right gasket?

they did change the engine holder at some point. also the gasket.

did you use rtv on the engine holder around the exhaust on the gasket?

yes used suzuki 1207b silcone sealent.gasket seems to be right dealer swears its right.I had a old oil pan left from another job tried that one and got worse bought a brand new oil and new gaskets going to try that.hope it works already out of 1000 dollars but got to fix.
