DF 140 Won't start

2005 Suzuki DF 140. Recently transferred motor to different boat. Motor had sat for about a year. Motor turns over and no start. I do not hear fuel pump come on. How do I know if I messed up the wiring or if it is the fuel pump itself? Please help thanks.

The wires are plug and play, if you have the correct harness and control. You should here the fuel pump run after key is turned on. pump should run for 1/3 seconds.
