How do uou tell if the hub in flywheel moved? Do the key way and 2 notches on the outside line up or does the key way face say 2 oclock and the 2 notches on outside face 4 and 7 oclock? just courious.
CDI has a sheet you can download showing the location of the notches (flywheel sensor magnet) in relation to the key way for various models and years. What you describe is probably normal, but with that sheet you will know for sure.
