What a stupid law.<br /><br />Who is going to prove who said what and when? This is a NO WIN POSSIBLE situation for the accused.<br /><br />Someone can say: "I said stop". Where's the proof????<br /><br />Contract! Hah! A contract is not worth the paper it's written on-anymore. Any so called binding contract can be declared null and void by any attorney, at any time, with the right jury.<br /><br />The only undeniably binding contract, that exists in the US today, is the one you enter between you and the IRS upon your employment.

If these laws continue to be forced on us, I thing we should all start taking a tablet that was was available in the late 50's and early 60's. It was prior to Viagra. <br />It's called "Span-Trank"....It's a combination of Spanish Fly and a tranqilizer. MY - Bud, where the heck have you been. The darn lawyers have been running the country for decades. That's why everything is so screwed up and why there is no such thing as personal accountability. If'n your partner says, "STOP!", then perhaps your not doing it very well in the first place.<br />Whilst I agree it can be very frustrating it takes two to tangle, in my house anyway, and two brains to achieve an end result. Therefore both participants have the right to cease activities at any stage they like!<br />I know a lot of folk won't like this argument, but just sit quietly alone one night and think carefully about it.<br />Ross
