I need to remove my Flywheel from my 1991 Evinrude 150 to change the Rectifier. I have the proper puller but just cannot get the thing to budge. I removed the one nut on the top and from what I can tell that is all I need to remove. Is there a trick to this or anythig else I can do to get this thing off?

Soak where you removed the nut over night and try again in the morning. Sometimes with stubborn ones I get the puller as tight as I can, get a buddy to pry up under the flywheel with a pry bar and hit the top of the puller with a hammer, not everyone likes this approach but it does work.

Can we assume you have a 91 150 crossflow rather than a 91 150 60 degree looper?

Time and tension will get it off with a lot of penetrating oil.
