I just got a dinghy made by seaworthy for only a few bucks but it didn't include all pieces. It came with all the boards but not the rubber pieces that go in between or the wood pieces that go on the sides. Any way to find these online and order them or make them myself(these are from my friends boat)?

Take pieces to a carpentry that does woodwok and have that same missing pieces duplicated in wood.

Old Zodiac's used to have wooden side joinners, use a hard wood, and coat well using marine varnish. You can have wooden, plastic and aluminum sib pieces, all works perfect.

I think I would use ash. It is used a lot in canoe gunwales and is small grained, takes oil/varnish well and is easily sanded and refinished. It takes abuse well without splitting and tearing.
